What packages are available?
Base is $599/month or $5,988/year prepaid. Mid is $899/month or $8,988/year prepaid. Premium is $1,299/month or $12,988/year prepaid. Signature is $1,999/month or $19,988/year prepaid and is available only when Smith Follow-Up capacity permits.
Are campaigns, email steps, SMS/MMS, pipeline administration, and calling separate add-ons?
No. Core business-operations capabilities are governed by the active package and are not sold under the retired à-la-carte price schedule. Legitimate extra scope can be itemized when needed.
How is provider usage billed?
Actual provider cost is recorded, the current Smith Follow-Up usage markup is applied, any eligible package usage credit is applied after markup, and the remaining overage is billed. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
What usage credits are included?
Every active package includes one $300 monthly pooled usage credit across eligible metered provider usage such as AI, email, SMS/MMS, and other metered services. The pool resets monthly and does not roll over, including for annual clients.
Can I buy a website without a business-operations package?
Yes. Eligible standalone website offerings include a $999 one-time handoff website, a managed website at $599 setup plus $99/month, and a Managed AI website at $1,499 setup plus $199/month. Website-AI usage is separate when Smith supplies the AI capacity.
What about advanced website work?
Advanced commerce starts at $1,500 setup plus $199/month. The Advanced Website Add-On starts at $2,500 setup plus $299/month. Heavy custom work can be quoted higher based on scope.
Can Smith Follow-Up handle cleanup or migration work?
Yes. Major cleanup, migration, and custom project work starts at $299 one-time, with final pricing based on scope.
